If a person can’t (unwilling to) define what a woman is, how in the world is that same person asked to adjudicate difficult circumstances and criminal actions on the part of others? There is no good reason for this failing!

Since the person is supposed to use a document (settled law) to measure the actions of others, should not that same person be able (willing) to utilize a document (dictionary) to define another word? To refuse illustrates a political and moral agenda – neither of which is beneficial to this country.
